「The staff are lovely and the stay was fine. The reason for my rating is that Expedia lists the property as a five star whereas we would put it as a two or three star. The price is in line with a lower star rating. Something to be aware of if you are booking so as to manage your expectations.」

「This is a beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of little nooks and cranny’s to sit quietly if you wish. The bar was busy and we ate there. The service was very good and the food, exceptional. Breakfast too was very good. Overall, a good experience but at a higher than necessary price. Also, there is no pool at this hotel and no pool next door, as suggested. You have access to a pool but that’s a five min drive away, so maybe they do not need to mention a pool at all....
