We had an amazing stay at Carnately Lodge. We were welcomed with really delicious home made brownies and a glass of prosecco. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, not to mention made us one of the best breakfasts we had on the trip - definitely try the pancakes and scrambled eggs!
We stayed here 20 years ago, but unfortunately this trip was canceled due to COVID19. We were not able to secure a refund. Hoping to visit again soon, though.
Our family suite was great! It fit the 4 of us with no problem. The decor and all of the extra touches were very nice - desserts dropped off at arrival, comfy robes in the bathroom, plenty of hooks, great wifi, and even Netflix. It was the perfect location for visiting all of the sights up north. They were only minutes away: Giant's Causeway, Rope Bridge, Dark Hedges, and Fullerton Arms (a great restaurant with a Game of Thrones door). We were only an hour drive from Belfast where I would highly recommend the bus tour - a lot of history. The view out my window was a beautiful mountainside and the breakfast was the best of our 2 week trip around Ireland. We stayed at 9 hotels over the course of our trip and this lodge was one of our favorites.
We loved staying in this B&B. The hosts are so nice and the breakfast is delicious, it a buffet so you can get whatever you like. The B&B is fun to walk aroud. Everytime you see something new. It's clean, the shower works great and you have a beautiful view. You are also close to some very nice places. I recommend this B&B!
Great stay. Comfortable, characterful, great service, great for families, fab breakfast. Good location to nearby attractions. Water pipes are noisy but if you can put up with that then don’t hesitate to book!
Comfortable beds, warm and welcoming hosts, stunning breakfast, short drive to nearest town, massive bathroom, great shower, lots of little extra details that you wouldn't get in a hotel unless you paid top dollar. We even got a lovely chilled glass of prosecco on arrival
This property is just outside of town on a "major" road (not road noise though). The room was very clean, bed comfortable, clean bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. Breakfast was from 8:30 - 9:30 so do not be late!
Ideal place to stay to use as a base to explore Northern Ireland. Stayed for one night on the way from Belfast to explore the coast. Room was spacious and cosy. Breakfast was brilliant. Great value for money. Would stay again and recommend.
