「The room was gorgeous, the staff extremely kind and helpful, and the meals were really very good. The spa and pool were better than anything I could have dreamt up! Sauna, steam room, hot tub, huge pool and work out room were all top notch!」

「Gorgeous big room and TVs. SMART TV was a huge bonus. Very clean and free parking.」

「Excellent,as usual.」

「The hotel and decor were beautiful and thoughtful but 5 stars is a stretch. Check-in was over an hour and 20 minutes late. They did not call or email when the room was ready so we had to check with the reception and the room was ready—for how long? Who knows. After a day of travel and commute, checking in after 5pm is absurd. The guest relations manager was helpful and attentive. This is the only reception that was outwardly helpful. The spa and staff were lovely but the steam room and...

「room is clean, but hotel is alittle bit far from town 」

「Being within walking distance of the city centre is a very important advantage. Also, showers were clean and pleasing.」

「Large comfortable rooms, lots of space in the bathroom. No AC, so if you are travelling in summer that could be a consideration. Some hooks or bars for towels (other than heated towel rack) would be a welcome and simple addition. Decent location with a large free parking lot.」

「Such a fun and accommodating place! Great hostel to stay at with friends!!!」

「Wonderful hotel right in the heart of everything. Amazing room. Top notch room staff. Restaurant outlets were underwhelming which was a disappointment. While beautiful the staff we encountered during our stay was either untrained or a bit over their head.」
