A luxury designer holiday home carefully sourced and curated with stylish eclectic furnishings. Spacious design and open plan living which allows for larger families or small groups.
A relaxed and intimately private environment that embraces luxury resort atmosphere both indoors and out.
This abode has lush tropical gardens that envelope the property creating a peaceful and ambient atmosphere to soak in whilst you relax on your stay.

Leah’s home was absolutely lovely—spotless, comfortable, and beautifully well-appointed with thoughtful features throughout. We especially appreciated the generous welcome of a cheese platter, wine, and a fresh fruit bowl—such a warm touch after our travels. We love love love staying at Sol Villa. The home has everything you need and so much more. You don’t need to leave this luxurious space once you arrive. It’s spacious, comfortable and so nicely designed that you feel like you’re really on holidays in Europe. Every detail and amenities has been carefully thought through and available, fresh flowers in the vases, granola, cheese platter, indoor and outdoor games, baby gates, high chair, sharp knives. The list goes on. There is nothing we can fault. We will love to stay here again. Highly recommend for family trips and friends getaway.

A perfect property. Honestly the best holiday house we have stayed in. Property is amazing, beautifully presented and nothing left to chance. We will be returning. If you want a beautiful property with the lot this is the one!

The complete package

I stayed at Leah's amazingly presented and built home with young and old. Everyone had a great time and were always occupied with the many gaming options, pool and TV room. We all plan in returning.

Could not fault this property. A fantastic place to relax and recharge. Leah has created an amazing space, well equipped with attention to detail. Great communication and essy check in. Only downside was having to leave! Do yourself a favour and stay at Sol Villa 😊

The Snappers

A truly amazing property so close to Lennox Head, Ballina and Byron Bay areas. The house was so well tailored for us with everything we needed including fruit bowl, beach towels, games, movie subscriptions and more. A fantastic holiday.

Leah’s property was everything that we could have hoped for, it was well equipped with anything you could think of. The location is close enough to walk to the beach and local shops. Family Vacation

Fabulous property, has everything you will need and more. Very comfortable stay for us with 10 in our party, age range from 3 to 90. A beautifully presented property in a wonderful location.
