10/10 Excellent
"The house was incredible! It is done so well and made our stay so pleasant. There is so much attention to detail and is full of character. Everything about it is perfect for Annapolis. The host was amazing and very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. We look forward to returning to the Captain’s quarters."
"The Inn is actually 3 different properties. The check in process and waiting for shuttle to offsite properties is not convenient especially in the rain. The staff is not very friendly. They don't offer early check in or late check out. That being said, the properties are super convenient and well maintained for being older."
"Need to work on the customer service by assisting your customers when it needed it help at the front desk. Overall I love my stay at the hotel and looking forward to visit again. Thank you for your services."
"We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, cozy, and very well maintained. Our favorite features were the abundance of natural light and the incredibly soft, comfortable sheets, which made it feel especially relaxing. The only significant disappointment was that the large porch was under extensive construction during our stay. We had specifically been looking forward to spending a lot of time outside, so we wish this had been communicated before booking.Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the condo. It was in a convenient location, about a 15-minute walk from the main shops and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the area."
