With room for up to 7 guests, this comfortable home located in Alfredton, Ballarat has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms making it an ideal spot for larger groups and families. Boasting an open plan living, dining & kitchen space plus a separate lounge area and large backyard guests can relax knowing there's plenty of space to go round.

The Space:
Located less than 10 minutes from Lake Wendouree and Ballarat's CBD, this home on Towong St has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

You'll fall in love with the following features:
Bedrooms: Three generously sized bedrooms housing up to seven guests. The bedrooms are comprised of:
Master bedroom: 1 x queen bed with walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom with shower
Bedroom Two - 1 x queen bed
Bedroom Three - 1 x bunk bed (double bed on bottom, single bed on top)
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with a separate toilet for added convenience. This includes the master bedroom with ensuite, shared bathroom with bath and shower plus a toilet situated next to the laundry for ease of access.
Open Plan Kitchen, Living and Dining Area: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dining table seating seven and a large open-plan living space perfect for entertaining.
Separate Lounge Room: A lounge room located at the front of the property where guests can enjoy a little more space from the main entertaining area.
Outdoor Area: Huge, expansive gardens with outdoor furniture.

Family stay

Family stay for the weekend.Property is in need of a deep clean, example; spider webs in all rooms, fridge still had crumbs & food in it, dirty under the sink where bin is located, what appears to be pet hair on furniture and mats.It felt like the owner did a rush pack and moved out 5min before we arrived.Overall once property has had the cleaning it needs, this would be a great place to stay.
