Altai Yurt (unique 12 sided yurt)

Altai Yurt is 1 of 5 properties at at A Stanthorpe Getaway. Sleeping up to 6, our luxury yurt is situated on 6.5 acres of rustic charm, with diverse wildlife on display and centrally located in Ballandean. We have 12 wineries within a couple of km’s that offer world class wines and Strange Bird varieties. Also, it is a short 5 min walk to the St Jude’s Bistro and Ballandean Pub, 10 min drive to Girraween National Park and Storm King Dam.

Our luxurious Altai Yurt has 3 bedrooms with unique construction (bedrooms downstairs, living upstairs). This 12-sided building provides panoramic views of the bush and the adjacent winery. With all the creature comforts, beautiful fireplace and a massive deck for you to relax on, it is the ideal place to return to after exploring the Granite Belt’s offerings.
