"Nice property. Our instructions were clear as we had a late arrival due to train delays. Room was clean and cool. The accommodation is close to the shops and a walking track that lead you to the Botanic Gardens. Great rooms, and rhe staff were lovely and helpful as we left our bags with reception after our checkout. Great place to stay and very welcoming city. "

"Water was turned off and no response from owners on how to fix it until many hours later. Stairs unsafe - one very rotten and hand rail very loose and wobbly. Shower water pressure so low it was actually ridiculously hard to get wet and wash your body, let alone your hair. Garden very unkept. Not rustic but old and mismatched decor. "

Depsite many request broken lighshades, blown light globes, broken drawer, broken cupbaord, 2 teaspoons inadequate supplies, broken shutters, no wifi and I could go own. Problems repeatedly reported with photos and no action in 14 days."
