"If I could rate zero I would. Arrived late from airport. Gate was closed. Rang doorbell for 10 minutes but no one opened. It may be cheap but don't waste your money and your time. It is also a shady area with few streetlights. How others gave good ratings are beyond me."

"I believe some of the painted wall graphics was not in good taste. I also think they need to work on area's that needed some maintenance. The bed was very noisey and we could not get the water spigot to open in the shower. And the amenities list free bottled water. We showed them the list on Expedia and we got free water for two days. Then the receptionist made a phone call to management. Management told them that they do not provide free bottled water. That situation needs to be addressed. "

"Quiet, and so private it doesn't have any windows. Staff were nice, convenient room service delivery was always prompt. However they never removed the plates and trash from previous orders so it just kept piling up, even after calling and asking for room cleaning, it never came even after they said it would. Good for short stays."

"The hotel is convenient close to SM mall & affordable price with breakfast but because it’s already older the stinguish smells maybe come out from the canal & some cockroaches.And here’s a 7-eleven & jollie bee near the lobby. The staff are friendly.. "
