I hate complaining but food should be served hot.

The rooms are clean and relatively eco-friendly. However many rooms overlook the main street and are noisy with the windows open. The a/c is ok but a little noisy at night when you are trying to sleep. The restaurant menu is extensive. The staff were helpful especially for choosing a bottle of wine to accompany the meal we had chosen. However our order arrived cold (including the french fries) so we sent it back. My dish was microwaved and was back on the table within five minutes. My partner's dish had new chips but the chicken skewer was still cold. Even so, both dishes were tasty and we would have them again. Hopefully served hotter next time! When we checked out the next morning we mentioned the problem with the food but the reception didn't react at all. As we have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions this was rather disappointing customer service. Overall it's still our favourite hotel when staying in Balıkesir.

The hotel was brand new and clean. Staff was very professional and helpful. It is close to city centre with lot of breakfast and dining options on the way. I would definitely stay there again..

The hotel was open for only 3 weeks when we stayed there for one night. Everything was new and clean. Our room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. There were a couple of issues we experienced (wifi was disconnecting and it was too hot in the room) but all of them were handled by the staff immediately. All staff were extremely helpful and nice. They really went above and beyond. Breakfast at the restaurant was really good - traditional Turkish with generous sides and an omelette. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was good. Valet parking was available upon arrival.

İş için balıkesir de konakladım daha önceden Ramada yı bildiğim için bu oteli seçtim. Malumunuz ramazan ayı bende oruç tutuyorum. Otele iftara yakın bir saat te girdim. İftar için otelin restoranına gittim. Bana önceden haber vermeden rezervasyon yapılamayacağı bilgisi verildi. Ve ben aç kaldım. Sahur için hiç bir bilgi ve uyarı yapılmadı. Oteliniz ilgisiz ve suratsız çalışanlarla dolmuş. Oteliniz de her inançtan insan kalabilmeli. Yapılan saygısızlığı Kurumuma bildiricem. Türkiye Tarım kredi Kooperatifleri personeli olarak gereken şikayeti tüm iştiraklerin ortak portalına atıcam. Mümkün mertebe konaklama yapılmaması için herkesi uyarıcam.

Ramda by Wynd B.esir - kullanılmış yatak takımı

İş seyahati gece check in yaptık , hazırlanmış yatak örtüsünü kontrol ettiğimde maalesef bizden önce kullanılan yatak takımları olduğunu, yatak yastık üzerinde saçlar - kıllar - kirler olduğunu fark ettik ! Gece kontrol etmeseydik başkalarının kullandığı yatak takımlarını kullanmış olacaktık! İnanılır gibi değil gerçekten! Bu durumu ilettiğimizde otel görevlisi sadece bir personeli yatak takımlarını değiştirmek için gönderdi. Yatak takımlarını değiştirmeye gelen görevli hanımefendi otel sanki sahibi gibi çok içten gönlümüzü almaya çalışsa da bu olağanüstü durumu yönetime iletmek istedim ısrarla , otel yönetimi sanki normal ve standart bir durum kabulüyle zahmet edip gelmedi , aramadı , gecenin ortasında yaşadığımız durumumuza ne bir çözüm ne bir özür ne bir moral katkısı sağlamadı , üstelik geribildirim yapmak istememize rağmen bizleri ve yaşadığımız olağanüstü mağduriyete kayıtsız kaldı ! Acaba kendileri başkalarının kirli yatak takımlarında yatmanın normal bir durum olduğunu mu düşünüyorlar? Gecenin ortasında uzun bir süre misafirin şahsi mahremiyetini hiçe sayarak aynı oda içinde yatak takım değiştirmenin trajik olmadığını normal bir durum olduğunu mu düşünüyorlar? Sabah check out yaparken otel yönetimine aynen gece olduğu gibi ulaşmak görüşmek istememe rağmen yönetim geliş saatine kadar beklemem gerektiği iletildi! Resepsiyon görevlisine yönetime iletilmek üzere şikayet ve mağduriyetimizi - hiç dikkate alınmamamızın üzüntüsünü ilettik ama yine aranmadık! Biraz saygı !!

Eski bir otel,resepsiyondan sonra odalara gidiş yolu çok kötü.Bu güne kadar kaldığımız Ramada’lar içinde en kötü mimari. Çalışanlar çok iyi ve yardımcıydı.
