"Absolutely loved the area around this hotel. Lenno is very peaceful and pretty and quiet. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The mattresses were a little hard for me but everything else was just fine and great for the price"

The people who run it are just as amazing!! They are so nice and very helpful. They set up our transportation to and from Milan and were always there to answer any questions. "Well, Expedia wrote $5 city tax at booking time, the host charged CHF 11.50 ($15!) right before the stay. Even worse, to be paid either by a weird local swiss payment system or paypal. Nothing else, no cash no credit card. Not great at all. Also quite noisy apartment. Otherwise clean and ok. "
