On the first floor of the main house opposite is the perfectly equipped country kitchen with a large dining table and direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to this is a tastefully decorated living room with an open fireplace and a guest toilet and laundry room. On the first and second floor there are two bedrooms each (1 x double bed, 1 x two single beds) with en-suite bathrooms. From the upper floors you have a fantastic view over the Istrian hills to the sea with the offshore Brijuni islands in the south and the red island in the north.
Through a large wooden terrace you can reach the pool, which is adjoined by another green terrace with old trees. A contrast between tradition and modernity is the large brick bread oven from 1900, which can be used for baking bread and pizza. A sauna with Jacuzzi and a large outdoor kitchen complete the outdoor facilities.

Restaurants, bars and stores can be found in the neighboring town of Bale or in Rovinj. You can reach San Polo and Colone beaches within 15 minutes by car.
