「This was a very comfortable and large apartment with two rooms and a kitchen/bath. There was a washer and dryer which we did not use but were happy to see. There is a shower and a tub! 「アパートメントの近くに大きめのスーパーもあり、自炊の食材も買えた。滞在中、洗濯機の使い方か分からず困ったが、部屋に国内に無料で電話できる電話があり、オーナーに使い方を教えてもらえた。雨が降った時用の傘、耳栓、手を拭くようのミニタオル、洗濯機の洗剤も常備されていた。(部屋によって異なるかもしれない) 鍵は外部と三重のロックがあり、セキュリー面も不安はなかった。エレベーターもあり、重い荷物も運べた。外部が工事中だったが、あまり気にならなかった。旧市街までは、徒歩15分程度。バスターミナルからは、徒歩で行けなくはないが、トラムを使った方が便利。」

「Our stay at the property was fantastic. It was a unique and individual stay. There was 5 of us there and it had plenty of room for us all. The communication on arrival was fantastic, and the man even informed us it could be noisy which it was but as we were aware of this it wasn’t a problem. I would more than recommend these apartments prime location. The gates downstairs were a little annoying as they on occasion were locked but again we was informed of this and shown the relevant keys etc....

「The accommodation was good. A slightly unusual solution was that there was no sink in the bathroom — you had to wash your hands in the kitchen. However, this wasn't a problem. The rooms were clean, and everything necessary was provided. Communication with the host went smoothly. There were several small grocery stores in the area, a few burger places, and some brewpubs. The old town was a short distance away, and buses also ran along the same street.」

"私が泊まった部屋はバスタブがありゆったりしていましたが、ともかく黒カビが除去されてなくとても清潔な状態ではなかった。古いのは仕方ないとしても、綺麗に整えるべき。またボディソープがない、それを伝えると今度は手洗いのソープが無かった。あと、暖房機？の音がきになりましたね。場所は便利で食事も割と良いので、残念です。"

"All of the staff were friendly and kind, and the breakfast had a lovely selection of fresh vegetables and fruits—especially the potatoes, which were delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and absolutely comfortable, and I was really touched by the unexpected little gifts like soap and chocolates. On the fifth floor, right by the elevator, there were homemade fruit juices and cookies placed out daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. They were so delicious that other guests also would often enjoy them, and by the evening, they were usually all gone. I borrowed a wheelchair several times when going out, and everyone was more than willing to help, which I truly appreciated. The location was fantastic too—there’s a Lido nearby, and the Old Town is just about a 15-minute walk away. If I ever visit Riga again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you so much for everything!"
