"Hi An und für sich war die Anlage sehr schön doch droht an jeder Ecke der Zerfall. Die Bungalows sowie die Freizeitanlagen müssen dringend saniert werden damit es wieder seinen schönen Charme zurück erhält. Im bungalow gingen mehrere Lampen nicht und kein warmwasser."

"I will start with positive first. I am a family guy with two young kids and experienced in using apartments and understand what a good standard would be in the same budget. Good point. Communication was very clear and quick. Bad points. The utensils were incomplete and dirty marks. Liquid wash was finished. No hand wash in toilet and towels used were less than minimum and that too in different colours. I reached quite late at night and the host did guide me well how to collect keys...

"Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen und alles im und um das Haus erklärt und gezeigt. Auch ein gutes Restaurant hat er uns empfohlen. Er kümmert sich wirklich um seine Gäste. Das Haus liegt traumhaft direkt am Balaton mit eigenem privatem Badesteg. "Das Haus ist top! Es ist sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Garten ist schön und gepflegt. Für unseren Hund ein kleines Paradies und vollständig eingezäunt. Der Pool ist optimal und wurde zwischendurch auch gereinigt. Die riesige Terrasse ist der Hammer! Man hat einen traumhaften Blick über die Weinreben hinweg auf den Balaton. Ein Träumchen! Vielen, vielen Dank!!!"

"It is a well kept property. We loved the longer shoreline. It is very busy but still I did not feel super crowded. Lots of activities are offered for families. Food is great. Suggestion: beach towels. We had to carry our bathroom towels to the beach. The price of the accomodation is quite high. Minimally, the water at the dinner table should be free."

"Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. Upon entry to the hotel we were greeted by a very rude arrogant man - who seemed overwhelmed and very unpleasant. He had shocking demeanour and was very unprofessional. We also experienced very rude staff at breakfast. "
