Excellent large rooms and very well decorated. Also all the ameneties in the room were so well and conveniently placed. Very comfortable beds and the bathroom was large and very well designed.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The landscaping and beach access are great. Good spa area and wellness spaces. However overall the shared spaces such as pools and restaurants are tired and in need of an upgrade. The staff were nice but there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between staff members and service could be slow. Food and cocktails were average.

Ajay at the bar was exquisite with his hospitality and took care of us! The reception staff were great too! However I would have to say that the dining services were super slow and the non-Mauritian staff couldn’t communicate properly with guests. The rooms are dusty with a great view of the ocean though! Not sure if I’ll go back.

Lovely resort, very friendly staff, a big shout out to Kiran who went out of his way to advice us places to visit in the island. Our room was great, the beds/pillows wonderful, the food tasty, and overall resort was clean and safe. Only downside was that there was a lack of entertainment at the resort. Would also recommend anyone staying to get all inclusive as lunch and dinner was quite expensive.

We stayed at Le Jadis in one of their beach villas, and for the price they charge, the experience was honestly disappointing. We found several bugs — on the couch and even in the bathroom — and there were a lot of mosquitos, with my wife getting the majority of the bites. For a supposedly five-star luxury villa, that’s really not acceptable. Parking was also a hassle. Despite staying in one of their premium villas, I was asked to park outside the resort because there wasn’t enough parking available. For a hotel in this price range, that’s simply poor planning and not the kind of experience you expect. When we requested a late checkout, the hotel only offered an extra hour, even though they confirmed they weren’t fully booked. This was especially disappointing after explaining that my wife is pregnant — the lack of empathy and flexibility really stood out. Some of the staff members were great, particularly the waiters, who were polite and attentive. However, the concierge service could be improved — when I asked a few basic questions, they didn’t seem to know the answers and had to check with the manager. To make matters worse, we were accused of taking extra snacks from the minibar, which we did not. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially given that we had already paid for a high-end villa experience. The food was good but limited, which again doesn’t justify the premium price tag. Thank you to all the lovely staff who work here that made our stay amazing. This hotel is located about 50 minutes from the airport. It’s tucked away and great for privacy. My husband and I stayed in the luxury ocean front pool suite. The view of the ocean from the balcony and infinity pool was tranquil and lovely to wake up to everyday. There is ample room for two people in this suite. Great storage in wardrobe to put all your belongings away. The dressing area includes two sinks and 4 big mirrors. The bathing area has a lovely shower with hamam and big bathtub to relax and take in the amazing views. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows could be better (I think you had the option to upgrade pillows, I just didn’t get round to it) full mini bar and snacks - as we don’t drink alcohol they changed the free wine bottle to a non alcoholic apple juice. The food menu in all restaurants were great, I believe there is something for everyone! The seafood is some of the best I’ve ever tasted, everything was so fresh. Our suite was cleaned 1-2x a day and two bottles of water were provided daily. Extra thank you to Zahra, Jayshri, Jagdesh and Aniketh for making our stay perfect. (Sorry for any misspelling) Minor improvements- adding a mirror into the main suite area as the lighting was quite dull in the dressing area when applying makeup. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend.

10 Perfect Days

Romantic get away at le jadis for 10 days in an ocean front luxury pool suite. AMAZING. 6 🌟 my wife and i felt very welcomed. The staff were such beautiful people , very friendly and accommodating. It was actually sad to leave. Nothing was too much trouble from the chefs, bar staff, frobt We are already planning a return visit.

Resort and rooms were okay. But one of the worst service and worst food experienced at this place. Seafood was not at all fresh and made me and my wife sick. Our check in experience was really horrible as we pre informed them that we will be arriving 10 AM and had booked airport transfer cab from them and upon arrival we were made to wait for over 4 hours before they could put us in our room and all this when I had booked the private pool luxury villa which is the most expensive accommodation they had to offer. On top of all this we had booked an all inclusive package as it was our honeymoon and upon checking with multiple staff we were told that room service is included in all inclusive package and only supplemental charge will MUR 400 for room delivery charge but upon checkout we were asked to pay a bill of approx MUR 10000 for our room service charges. Definitely do not recommend all inclusive package at this resort as food and services was totally sub par at this resort

Chambre grande et confortable avec une belle vue mer pour la notre au dernier étage, même si le passe des navires gachent un peu le coucher de soleil. L'hotel est tres calme y compris la piscine, beaucoup de suites disposant de leur piscine privée. Peu d'animation hors des restaurants où l'ambiance reste encore trés feutrée.

Quarto maravilhoso

Hotel maravilhoso, o quarto é impecavel com decoracao de muito bom gosto. A praia do hotel nao é tao bonita, mas as instalações do hotel compensam. Unico ponto de melhoria foi o secador de cabelo que desligava sozinho a cada 5 segundos de uso, avisei na recepcao mas nao ajustaram. O chao de madeira do quarto tambem estala ao andar entao se voce tiver sono leve, pode acordar devido a isso ( mas nada disso prejudicou a experiencia como um todo). Voltaria com certeza.

**Un séjour inoubliable au Jadis !** Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique à l’hôtel Le Jadis à l’île Maurice. Tout y est pensé pour rendre votre expérience exceptionnelle. Le personnel est tout simplement adorable et extrêmement attentionné, toujours prêt à répondre à nos moindres besoins avec un sourire. Les 4 restaurants de l’hôtel sont tous excellents, avec des plats variés et savoureux qui ont comblé nos papilles à chaque repas. Même si l’hôtel est un peu isolé, cela apporte un calme et une sérénité qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Un véritable havre de paix ! Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour de rêve. Un remerciement spécial à Kiran, qui a pris le temps de nous partager ses connaissances sur l’île et sa culture, rendant notre voyage encore plus enrichissant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous sommes allés manger au restaurant fruits de mer, nous avons été malades toute la nuit. Le directeur tres comprehensif, le soir suivant, nous a expliqué que pour le prochain dîner le chef nous cuisinerait ce que l on souhaiterait : le chef nous a proposé steak frites salade.
