Nice hotel with large rooms

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of town but easy walk to Bakmil metro station (although trains there are limited). Nice very spacious room, with seating area. Excellent gym. Superb breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff, especially hotel manager, restaurant manager, restaurant waiter & girls cooking omelettes. Sadly some hotel guests were less than pleasant & we saw too many people handle the food at breakfast & then return it. The shower is lovely & huge but needs a thermostat as it goes between warm, hot & cold without you touching it. This is dangerous when the water is hot. Recommend.

A business travelers hotel in Baku

The location was not convenient. It was a long way from the interesting attractions of the city. It is primarily a hotel that caters to business travelers, not to tourists. There are no decent restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurant, which does a great job with breakfast, is barely open for dinner. By that I mean that it is a rather dark, empty place in the evening and you have to go looking for someone to wait on you.

The five star I don’t know for what but all i can say that the area around the hotel is not calm and the room service and reception not great and some of the staff are helpful i will give the credit for it but the room not clean as it should and i was asking everyday an iron and all they say is they don’t have enough for the rooms and I asked to change the sheets and they say no we just can make the bed without changing the sheet !!! That’s some of what I experienced…

Excellent place for a city trip. Especially, the free gym and the swimming pool (25 m, 1.80 deep) are superb. But it's recommended to book the (delicious) breakfast already with the original booking. Otherwise, you end up with €10.50 per person per breakfast, which is far more then the difference between a room with or without breakfast as shown on Expedia.

لاتفوتكم الفرصة الذهبية بالنزول في ريتش هوتيل باكو

فندق ريتش هوتيل ، كان رائعا وفوق مستوى التوقع بكل الاشكال . الغرف واسعة جدا ومريحة جدا ايضا . النظافة في كل اقسام الفندق كانت أكثر من ممتازة ، الموظفين جميعا وبلا استثناء حتى موظفي المسبح والساونا كانوا ممتازين و ودودين وعلى مستوى عال من المهنية واللطف والدماثة . الخدمات والطعام اقصد بوفيه الإفطار كان ممتازا وواسعا ومتنوعا ،وكل شيء كان مريحا ورائعا . النزلاء جميعا كانوا من الناس المحترمين الراقين . التاكسيات والنقل من والى الفندق رخيصة ومتوفرة 24 ساعة يوميا . لو رجعت لزيارة باكو ثانية ، لن افكر بإختيار اي فندق ٱخر . تحياتي وشكري لجميع العاملين بهذا الفندق .

Чудесный отель для релаксации за разумную цену

Отель чудо как хорош! Чистота и красота в номере, холлах, а уж СПА-зона выше всяческих похвал. Прекрасный теплый бассейн, свечи, ароматы, приветливый персонал. Номер наипросторнейший, кровать огромная, белье отличное. Теперь о недостатках, они тоже есть. Окна панорамные, но грязноватые. Завтрак при визуально большом выборе слабоват. И самое грустное - локейшн: некуда выйти, некуда пойти, старый Баку далеко. Убер выручает - до старого города 4 маната.
