Hotel nadający się do remontu, szczególnie pokoje na drugim piętrze. Nie jest godny przyznania im aż czterech gwiazdek. Uważam, ze dwie gwiazdki biorąc pod uwagę inne pokoje uważam i tak za zawyżone. Łazienki nadające się do wymiany urządzeń. Brak wody w toalecie. Niepełna kabina prysznicowa, brakujące jedno skrzydło drzwi. Rozbite duże lustro w pokoju. Niedomykające się drzwi łazienkowe. Pokoje brudne z pozostałościami po poprzednich gościach. Brak kołder, pościeli i ręczników. Obsługa nie reagująca na prośbę zmianę pokojów

Ужас!!!

Одним словом, всё сломано и грязно! Сантехника в ужасном состоянии: чёрные душевые кабины, поломаны; всё засорено. Двери поломаны, а временами даже не открываются. Ковролин весь грязный и в пятнах. Говорят, что отель открылся лет 5-10 тому назад, по состоянию не скажешь. Хуже завтраков мы ещё не видели: 1 вид сыра, 1 вид колбаски, которую невозможно есть, огурчики и помидорчики, маргарин, хлебушек и мёд.

今まで泊まったホテルの中で最低でした。 鍵が壊れてるためにすぐに鍵をもらえず、こちらが時間をわけて粘り強く催促しないと対応しない。 部屋が暗くて掲載されてる写真と見え方がかなり異なります。とても暗く不気味な雰囲気です。 3泊宿泊予定でしたが、あまりの雰囲気の悪さ、スタッフのいい加減さに、2泊でチェックアウトし、他のホテルに変えました。 こんなホテル泊まったのは生まれて初めてです。

Value for money

Great spacious room with great service and location, I hired a car so was brilliant having free car parking. It’s alwasy a bonus having free breakfast and uninterrupted WiFi in the room saving me bother hanging around in the lobby area

Abgewohntes Hotel ohne jeglichen Service

Wir haben das Hotel am 24.03.17 bezogen und da wir vor dem Eincheck-Termin waren, haben wir den halben Tag zusätzlich bezahlt. Was auch ok war. Die Suite selbst war abgewohnt und nicht gepflegt. Toilettenpapier wurde rationiert und nicht aufgefüllt auch wenn es aufgebraucht war. Auf meine Nachfrage um 7:30 Uhr wurde ich auf 9:00 Uhr vertröstet(gekommen ist aber niemand). Das Wasser lief aus der Duschtasse während des Duschens quer durch das Bad, so das man nur Barfuß durch das Bad gehen konnte. Das Frühstücksbufett war am 2. Tag unseres Aufenthaltes bereits um 9:00 Uhr(Frühstück 8:00 -10:00Uhr)leer und es waren nur leere Teller zu sehen. Es blieb uns nichts anderes übrig als in ein anderes Hotel zum Frühstücken zu fahren. Die Umgebung selbst war eher in einem sozialem Brennpunkt. Man mochte abends nicht mehr das Hotel verlassen. Das Schwimmbad wurde uns erst gar nicht gezeigt und den Ort zum Frühstücken mussten wir uns erfragen. Der Service durch das Zimmerpersonal war ungenügend.Die Sprachverständigung(Englisch) war schlichtweg schlecht .

Ужасный отель

Ужасный отель. Забронировал номер, приехал, а номеров свободных уже не было. На вопрос "что мне делать? Все гостиницы забиты (в Баку тогда шел чемпионат по шахматам", ответили типа ничем помочь не можем, ваши проблемы. Продержав меня 3 часа, предложили номер в другой их гостинице. Отвезли в еще строящийся (!) дешевый отель, без полотенец, интернета и тд. Положение спас hotels.com, переселили в нормальный отель и компенсировали звонки и нервы купоном.
