Good communication

Hi! Since there were renovation taking place within the hotel, I did not manage to stay in the actual hotel building. The Avand hotel took good care of me while providing possible other solutions for the accomodation. Thus, I finally decided to have my whole stay in another hotel. The hotel management was effective and friendly in communications.

einfaches Hotel in zentraler Lage

Das Zimmer war einfach gehalten, genau wie das Bad. Dafür war der Service gut und auch die Lage ist top.

Zum übernachten reicht es

Das Hotel liegt in erreichbarer Nähe zu einer U-Bahn Station. Das Zimmer bietet nichts besonderes, aber wenn man keine rießigen Ansprüche hat genügt es vollkommen. Auf das Frühstück haben wir nach Ansicht aber doch lieber verzichtet. Ein großer Supermarkt ist gleich nebenan.

kurztripp nach Baku

Das Hotel liegt auf einen Hang. Die Gegend ist nicht einladend. Positiv zu Fuss ist man recht schnell am Hauptbahnhof ca 5mim und in der Innenstadt ca 10min. Das Frühstück st ein Katasrophe im knast in D bekommt man mehr zu essen. Da Buffet bestand an deri Tagen aus jeweil 3 Salamischeiben 4 scheiben Leoner ein Hardgekochtes ei eine Marmalde heisses Wasser Teebeutel das wars. Das Personal war sehr freunlich und hilfsbereit Wofon jeder Gast eigengentlich aus geht das im laufe des Tages sein Zimmer gemacht wird ist hier nicht so . Man muss es anmelden das dieses Zimmer gereinigt wird. Reinigung ohje Am besten man setzt sich ein dunkele Brille auf. Die Handtücher hatten jeden Tag zur neu aber immer flecken. und ansonsten wurde auch nur grob sauber gemacht. Frag mich ernsthaft wo die Berwertung von 3 Sterne her kommen soll bei mir wären es drei Sterne im Minaus.

Terrible,worst hotel ever!Fake pictures,rude staff

I booked a double room with a king size bed,they give me a single room. Horrible facilities,everything is dirt inside the room. Shower doesn't work. When I did the check out they wanted charge me again because they not found my payment online. Completely a mess. It's not a HOTEL,is a flat and they rent the rooms.

Acceptable hotel in Baku

The hotel is ok need some improvements, it's located at the second floor without lift and my baggage was heavy, the mattres was old, and the neigborhood isn't the better but on the other hand was cheap was near to metro station and the staff is very friendly and they do everything to make you feel comfortable

Avand Hotel or Hotel Ariva???

The staff is very nice. They don't speak English. They don't clean your rooms. Not in the greatest neighbourhood and very difficult to find. They provided breakfast-the same everyday. Shuttle service to airport is provided, but they forgot to pick us up when we arrived. The price is great! We left after two days and went to another brand new hotel that was 2 months old for the same price and breakfast that was amazing. They made you anything you wanted if you didn't like their buffet. The manager even took us out sightseeing and lunch at no charge! This hotel is the Ariva. The staff is unbelieveable and the manager is Azat. For dinner, the would make anything you want and for only 10Az each which includes your drinks. Can't beat the price and service!
