「Lovely stay 」

「A lovely place very near Derby and easily accessible. Room was spacious and clean. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Will definitely be staying again. 」

「Room was quiet but a bit tired.comfy bed but could hear tv next door.staff were excellent and breakfast was delicious.all round a pleasant stay.」

「The room was clean, well furnished and had a cozy feel. We would stay here again, however, there were some minor issues. The toilet flush ran continuously and was audible at night. The cover over the shower plughole was broken and the lead on the kettle was too short and had to be used on the floor. Also the mattress was too firm for us.」

「Hotel is right in the heart of Buxton, a convenient walk from the station. It was absolutely buzzing the whole time we were there - bands both nights, live sport in the day, but with the rooms being in a separate building out the back of the pub, it was amazingly quiet after the yard had been emptied. Clean throughout, staff were friendly.」

「Wonderful place with friendly staff in a beautiful location. Restaurant menu had wide selection with interesting choices. Food was very good, rooms very clean, and beds very comfortable. Large beer garden. Couldn't ask for more.」

「We stayed there for our Alton Tower trip. The room we stayed was like a motel style which was great for loading/unloading bags. The facility was old but house keeping was very good and members of staffs were very friendly and helpful. 10-15min by car from Alton Tower was great. If we go back to Alton Tower, we will stay here again. 」

「Had a whole holiday cottage to myself for the price of a hotel room. Really generous and varied breakfast provisions, with spacious kitchen and dining area to enjoy it in. With a washing machine and airer in the property, I was able to get a load of washing done overnight, as the cottage was really warm. The only negative was the WiFi, which I found very poor, and phone signal is limited too.」
