"As described, the place lacks any kitchen and is a bit of a trek out of Winslow. The setup is unusual, accessing the unit by walking through the lobby of a building that houses State Farm Insurance. If you're good with that, this place is great! The swim spa and hot tub, on the roof, are fantastic. We've been there two Novembers in a row and never had any competition for it. There's not too much nearby, but there are a great pizza place (Bene) and a great cidery (Sisters) within easy walking...

One person was doing breakfast set up and checkout (who had a little attitude). When we asked for help to check out they were rude and we had to ask a second time to get help. After that, everything was fine! Arthur check us in and was amazing. Arthur provided excellent customer service for myself, kids and two family.
