Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
The cabin accommodates up to 11 guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master suite, set apart on the upper level, includes a private balcony, ensuite bathroom, and sweeping mountain views. Two additional bedrooms feature plush king and queen beds, while a bunk room with twin bunks provides a fun, cozy space for younger guests. Premium linens, room-darkening shades, and extra blankets ensure restful nights no matter the season.
Bathrooms and convenience
Three full bathrooms are spread throughout the home, each stocked with plush towels and toiletries for your comfort. The main floor bath doubles as a laundry room with a washer and dryer, adding convenience for longer stays. Modern fixtures and a spacious layout make daily routines easy, even with a larger group.

At the heart of the cabin, a spacious living room welcomes gatherings with an oversized sectional and a 70” Smart TV for movie nights. Open fires on the property are strictly prohibited by the county due to wildfire risk.
This home is located at a high altitude of 8,800 feet. We recommend that guests take time to acclimate at a lower elevation before arrival to ensure a comfortable stay. We want all of our guests to fully enjoy their time here and feel their best!
Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. One is focused on the driveway, and the other is directed towards the hot tub and front door. These cameras are used to monitor snow accumulation and ensure proper maintenance during your stay. Thank you!
While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.
