"The building and room is quite old and could benefit from some updates. The bathroom was a bit disappointing—there was no bidet, the shower head sprayed water unevenly, and the toilet bowl felt more like those you typically find in public mall restrooms than in a hotel. On the positive side, the staff were excellent throughout our stay. They were friendly, accommodating, and provided great service, which was definitely the highlight of the experience."
