Poor sanitation poor service trying to find wher to go for checking in no one available no WiFi at all bathrooms are terrible I am glad that I just stay only 2 night I will not recommending this facilities

Relaxing location with nice view

The staff is friendly and the room overlooking the mountain was beautiful.

Bad experience with this hotel

Stayed two nights but lost electrical power three times and the hotel has no backup generator. No water heater for a long hours and it happened during shower hours. The place were very noisy with children playing around the building making noises. The children seems live there permanently. They were children of the staff. There were two sick and dirty dogs walking around inside the building and they were dogs of the hotel owner or by the staff. The road to the hotel is narrow and not cemented, unsafe to drive. Staff not available when you needed them.

A nice tip of Baguio's top.

Generally very good, though toilets and bathrooms need some repairs. Staff and people in the neighborhood are friendly, warm and very helpful. We love the design of the residence because of its local theme.
