"the apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. A kitchenette forms part of the apartment. Massimo the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the historical centre. The only downside that we were at the second floor and there is no lift. A big plus Massimo's father runs the shop next door to the apartments and he is there from very early in the morning till late in the evening. "

"This small boutique property is beautiful, well built and impeccably designed. It is so close to being the perfect high-end micro hotel it wants to be, that it is such a shame that it misses the mark. The hotel has no staff from noon to 4:30. You cannot arrive between those times and to make matters worse they will charge you if you arrive earlier and want to check in. "I have no complaints about this property. My overall experience was great. The staff were all very professional, and the room was spotless—including the bedsheets and towels. The bed itself was very comfortable, the breakfast was high quality, great water pressure and consistent hot water in the shower, and the secure paid parking made everything easy. The location was also excellent. I will definitely stay here again if I come back and visit Lecce!"

"Great location with back door access right into the old town, and very friendly staff. Newer property and very nice, well-appointed room. The only thing which we'd change if we stayed again would be to ask for a room on an exterior wall of the building. Our room was an interior one with the main door onto the corridor, and another door onto a common outdoor area. As the heating was switched on for the season (March), the air conditioning was switched off, which meant that the room had no ventilation. In order to freshen the air inside, we regularly needed to open the door to the outdoor common area which could in theory compromise privacy. Fortunately, there never seemed to be people out there while we were staying, so it worked out okay. But exterior room next time, and we'd absolutely stay again. Lovely place."
