Loved the pool!

Room was clean and comfortable, mini bar stocked, owner friendly and the newly refurbished pool was very nice. We had a lovely relaxing stay.

Fabulous Hotel and pool

An excellent hotel big on service and nothing was ever too much trouble. Really central to the small village centre and also a walk into Fornoli was doable. Thank you for making our brief 3 night stay so enjoyable. Love your pool - just amazing and the breakfast was superb, thank you again.

A true pearl

Hotel Park Regina is a hidden gem. Roberto and his team will go the extra mile to make your stay super nice. Nice breakfast, a well kept pool and a beautiful and charming building.

We were upgraded with a balcony to the pool, but we didnt understand that we were charged extra for this. It would have been fair if the whole pool area wasnt under reconstruction, just one big building site. And we responded to the hotel manager, but hasnt heard from him. Otherwise a nice hotel.

Bella struttura di antica conformazione

Bella camera, pulita, confortevole. La struttura ha una conformazione antica, per cui all'inizio non è così facile orientarsi. Beneficia di un bel giardino sul fiume. Colazione abbondante, ma senza tovaglie sui tavoli, in stile americano.

il posto è molto bello, comodo per spostarsi in tutta la garfagnana, il parcheggio è comodissimo, il personale molto disponibile, colazione buona,vicino a 3 ristoranti e un pub,c'è un problema, le stanze che danno sulla strada la notte sono un po rumorose.

Det er et fantastisk hyggeligt gammelt hotel, men alt på stedet er helt i top og personalet meget venlige. Dejlig ren pool. Hotellet ligger i en lille meget italiensk bjergby.

Nonostante un disguido che ha fatto sì che non risultasse alcuna camera riservata per noi al nostro arrivo, il signor Roberto è stato gentilissimo riservandoci prontamente una stanza in un hotel simile al Regina a 10 minuti di auto da lì. Quando abbiamo notato che in tale hotel mancavano alcuni servizi presenti invece al Regina e per cui avevamo prenotato proprio lì (in particolare la piscina all'aperto e la possibilità di fare colazione all'aperto), Roberto ci ha permesso di usufruire di tali servizi anche se non pernottavamo nella sua struttura. Abbiamo quindi potuto utilizzare la piscina del Regina e fare colazione nel suo bellissimo giardino. Professionalità e gentilezza al top! Torneremo di sicuro, se si ripresenterà l'occasione, sperando di riuscire a provare anche le stanze, che dalle foto sembrano molto graziose!

Lækker pool og serviceminded personale

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold på hotellet. Der er et utroligt serviceminded personale og general manager Roberto var behagelig og strakte sig langt for at hjælpe os. Poolen er lækker og morgenmaden rigtig flot.
