Located in a pleasant residence in the heart of a private park, come and discover this beautiful 35 m² flat, ideally located in Bagnères-de-Luchon. In summer and winter, enjoy the landscapes and activities of the resort: skiing, snowboarding, hang-gliding, thermal cures, hiking, guided tours.
This flat, which can accommodate up to 4 people, has a beautiful living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom as well as a balcony with a view of the River Le Pique!
Free parking available. Bed linen and towels provided. Pets allowed on request. Wifi access.

The flat :
Located on the 1st floor accessible by lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A kitchenette open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, small freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, fondue and raclette machine, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo Happy...

Sleeping area:
- A large bedroom with a Queen-Size bed (160x200) and access to the balcony.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A balcony of about 7 m², facing East, not overlooked and furnished with 2 sun lounger, an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a good meal facing the river La Pique!

Nearby:
- Luchon Superbagnères ski area located 2.8 km away (5 min by car, 8 min by ski lift).
- Thermal baths (Parc des Quinconces) located 1km away (15 min on foot).
- Juzet de Luchon waterfall 3 km away (6 min by car).
- Spanish border 10 km away (15 min drive).
- Lac d'Oô located 15 km away (24 min by car).
- 9-hole golf course (one of the 5 oldest in France).

Activities :
In winter, a multitude of winter sports activities are available on the Superbagnères ski area with 32 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging, but also hang-gliding or gliding to discover the region from the sky! Finally, relax with a spa treatment in the heart of the sumptuous Parc des Quinconces!

In summer, you can discover the many hiking trails: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d'Enfer, Le Pic de Céciré... Take the opportunity to stroll along the banks of the Lac d'Oô and admire the splendid view of the Haut-Garonne peaks or go for a trail or climbing trip! Many other activities and events are available: mini-golf, football, theatre, concerts, Tour de France, Festival des Plantes, Festival des Fleurs, Christmas market...

Transport :
- Thermal" shuttles serving the city's thermal baths and "Winter Season" shuttles serving the resort's slopes and its city centre.
- Bus to Toulouse.
- Tarbes-Lourdes airport is 102 km away (1h14 by car), Pau is 145 km away (1h39) and Toulouse is 148 km away (1h46 by car).

The accommodation is located in a quiet and pleasant residence at only 7 minutes walk from the ski lifts, the terms, the town centre and its amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars, market...

- A free parking space is at your disposal in a car park at the bottom of the residence.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

excellent séjour

Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant, personnalisé, encore merci. Conseils pour randonnées/balades (passerelle de Péquerin), restaurants.Appartement fonctionnel, confortable, lumineux grâce aux arbres taillés. Petit déjeuner sur le balcon avec vue sur le Vénasque et bercés par la Pique (torrent qui traverse Luchon). Toutes commodités (supérette, restaurants, cinéma, parc du casino, lac de Badech) et thermes à pied. Nous recommandons vivement.
