Come and discover the majestic landscapes of the Pyrenees by staying in this 24 m² studio, ideally located in Bagnères-de-Luchon. The gardens, ski area and town centre, with its remarkable architecture, make for a lively getaway in winter and summer alike: skiing, snowboarding, hang-gliding, spa treatments, hiking, guided tours, etc.
This accommodation, which can sleep up to two people, has a lovely living room with a 160 cm bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace with a breathtaking view of the summit of Port du Vénasque!
Free parking available. Bed linen and towels provided. Pets welcome on request.

The studio :
Located on the 1st floor accessible by a wide staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows:

- A beautiful, light-filled living room with a lounge area featuring a 160 cm foldaway bed with sofa, desk, coffee table, TV and a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room: fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, fondue and raclette machine, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo Happy...
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin, hairdryer and WC.

Outside:
- An 8 m² south-facing terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs and two sun loungers to enjoy a good meal facing the summit of Port du Vénasque!

Close by:
- Crémaillère Express" cable car for the Luchon Superbagnères ski area is a 7-minute walk away, or by shuttle bus in front of the residence, or by car 2.8 km away.
- The Luchon thermal baths will open on 20 March 2023 (Parc des Quinconces) 1 km away (10 min walk).
- Cascade Juzet de Luchon 3.5 km away (7 min by car).
- 9-hole golf course (one of the 5 oldest in France)

Winter activities :
In winter, the Superbagnères ski area offers a host of winter sports activities, with 32 km of pistes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing and also hang-gliding or gliding to discover the region from the air! Finally, relax with a spa treatment in the heart of the sumptuous Parc des Quinconces!

In summer, you can discover the many hiking trails: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d'Enfer, Pic de Céciré... Take the opportunity to stroll along the banks of Lac d'Oô and admire the splendid views of the Haut-Garonne peaks, or set off on a trail or rock-climbing trip! Many other activities and events are on offer: mini-golf, football, theatre, concerts, Tour de France, Plant Festival, Flower Festival, Christmas market, etc.

Transport :
- Thermal" shuttles serving the town's thermal baths and "Winter Season" shuttles serving the resort's slopes and town centre (shuttle only in operation during the holidays).
- Bus to Toulouse.
- Tarbes-Lourdes airport is 102 km away (1h14 by car), Pau 145 km away (1h39) and Toulouse 148 km away (1h47 by car).

Neighbourhood :
The accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac, in a very quiet and pleasant residence just 5 minutes' walk from the ski lifts, the terms, the town centre and its amenities: bakery, butcher's, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars, market...

- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- Pets are accepted for a supplement of €30/stay, but must not climb on the bed. Only one pet per stay is allowed (please specify when booking). Please keep an eye on the fur and do not leave your pet alone.
