Idéalement situé dans le quartier le plus recherché de la station, au pied des commerçants, cinéma, restaurants, boutiques, Poste, banque... à 20 m de l'Office du Tourisme, à deux pas des télécabines, proche des thermes, tous les déplacements se font à pied.
L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée, au calme côté jardin, avec une terrasse aménagée et ensoleillée, vue sur la montagne.
La location cabine, accueillante et lumineuse, a de nombreux rangements ainsi qu'une place de parking privée et abritée. Un parking supplémentaire extérieur gratuit se trouve à 20 m.
