"Beautiful ski lodge feel to lobby. Suite style room was immaculate and comfortable with huge modern bathroom, walking shower and even a small kitchen and dining area with dishes/utensils, dishwasher and full size fridge. Breakfast buffet was amazing!!"

"My room was clean, pool was open. The ice machines do not work on any floors. The check in staff out of 3,1 was very nice and helpful. Saw i assume the owner and family. Saw me and walked away from the desk, instead of helping me. They dont speak English so instead of getting someone else that laughed. I was just handing in my key. The lady in the café and the check out this morning was totally on something. Needless to say I will not be back."

"This is the second time in a row where neither the pool or spa were useable. Much better attention needs to be given to trash and litter on the grounds. Honestly the rooms are getting very tired with unusable towel racks, TVs that sag and overall abuse of years old interiors."
