Room had a kitchen but no silverware/utensils. I got to the address and wandered around for a half an hour trying to figure out how to get into my room or even where my room was after flying for 14 hours. "Overall the hotel fitted what was needed, however a 4pm close of reception at wknd was very odd and too early. The hotel follows a policy of only making up/ refreshing towels etc every : days unless requested. Breakfast was a good selection as you’d expect. Very helpful friendly staff Will rebook 👍"
