notre séjour s'est très très bien passés jusqu'a l'instant de notre payement, car sur la facture le prix n'était pas celui indiqué par la réservation. J'avais réservé un séjour pour moi et mon amie avec Hôtelcom et réservé un séjour sur Booking pour mon ami et sa copine. Lors du payement mon séjour m'était facturé 50 de plus que sur ma réservation

Die zimmer sind gross sauber und bequem !! Ausser der blonden dame beim frühstück und dem netten älteren herrn der den fernseher zum laufen gebracht hat ist das personal unfreundlich und unmotiviert 😒 hatte auch nie gäsre und die meiste zeit war niemand anwesend ausser beim frühstück !!!

Das Zimmer war nicht reserviert und fanden unsere Buchung nicht. Es war am Anfang Chaotisch. Das Restaurant geschlossen und die Frau an der Rezeption, hatte Ihren ersten Arbeitstag. Am Schluss hat alles geklappt und finde die Unterkunft schön und das Frühstück war auch gut.

Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Doppelzimmer/Suite mit eigenem Wohnbereich, zwei Waschbecken, Terrasse und bequemen Bett. Sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Reinigungskräfte und Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksraum. Im Restaurant gut gegessen, grosse Portionen. Sonderwünsche wurden top erledigt. Genügend eigene Parkplätze. Gute Lage, nur kurzer Spaziergang zur Therme.
