Das Hotel ist toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und der Wellnessbereich sind sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine große Auswahl.

Wir haben uns auf einen besonderen Aufenthalt in einem Deluxe-Zimmer gefreut, mussten jedoch schnell feststellen, dass die Sauberkeit inakzeptabel war. Im Zimmer fanden sich deutlich sichtbare Spinnweben, und eine der Bettdecken war verschmutzt – das entspricht keinesfalls dem, was man in dieser Preiskategorie erwarten darf. Auch die Tiefgarage war eine Enttäuschung: Für 10 Euro pro Tag wird ein Stellplatz angeboten, in dem allerdings Schwalben nisten – was zur Folge hatte, dass unser Auto nach den Tagen komplett mit Vogelkot bedeckt war. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass laut Aushang eigentlich eine Fahrzeugreinigung angeboten wird, dies jedoch auf Nachfrage verneint wurde – wir wurden dabei sogar etwas irritiert angeschaut. Beim Geburtstagsfrühstück mussten wir 40 Minuten auf den Kaffee warten. Das warten war leider immer beim Essen ein großes Thema. Als wir beim Auschecken höflich und vorsichtig die angesprochenen Probleme platzieren wollten, wurde uns gesagt als neue Person kann man dazu nichts sagen. Fazit: Das Personal ist zwar wirklich freundlich und bemüht, aber es gibt gravierende Probleme in der Organisation, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie haben wir uns deutlich mehr Qualität, Struktur und vor allem ernst gemeinten Gästeservice gewünscht.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, Tiefgarage vorhanden, auch für Stromer. Das Essen sehr gut, auch Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl. Personal alle sehr nett, hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer doch recht klein, ausserdem nur Aussicht auf die Abfahrt zur Tiefgarage. Zum Glück selten im Zimmer . Sonst hat alles funktioniert WLAN tadellos. Das Bett d.h. Die Matratze zu weich, obwohl ein Topper drauf war. Einziger Minuspunkt. Badezimmer ok, was ich vermisst habe sind doch Badelotion. Dafür ein schöner Bademantel bequem für in das Hallenbad und den Whirlpool, Sauna auch vorhanden und eine Teebar. Alles in allem ein nettes Hotel, gute Lage, Hunde übrigens erlaubt. Die gute Lage auch mit Hund ideal, man ist gleich im Grünen, Robidog ca 70 m vom Hotel vorhanden. Sehr ruhig.

Schlechter Gastro-Service

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Wellness-Bereich war meist sauber und das Angebot in Ordnung. Der ganze Gastro-Bereich ist sehr mangelhaft. Angefangen beim Service, der Auswahl, Qualitität und Verfügbarkeit der Speisen. Das Salatbuffett am Abend wurde nicht nachgefpllt oder gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr einfach und ungepflegt. Geschirr wohl mangelware, aber auch aus einer Tasse lässt sich Obstsaft trinken.

Eine wunderbare Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer, schön angelegter Garten und mit vielen Möglichkeiten, auch außerhalb des Wellnesshotels einen schönen Aufenthalt zu verbringen.Tolles Frühstücksbuffet , hier mit sehr umsichtigen Service. Einzig der Wunsch am frühen Abend, ein Getränk auf der Außenterrasse einzunehmen, hat aufgrund von Personalmangel ziemlich gedauert.

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Programmm wie yoga, pilates usw. Lage sehr gut, 15 min bis ins Zentrum. Essen war sehr gut aber leider nichts veganes und Vegetarisch zu wenig Auswahl. Bei HP war zwar immer 1 Vegi gericht aber die Vorspeisen nicht und mussten immer umbestellt werden was aber vom Personal gerne gemacht wurde. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundlichers Personal.

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Sehr schöner Gastrobereich, tolle helle Speisesäle mit Blick raus in die Natur. Swimmingpool gleich am Rand der Felder . Whirlpool , Sauna , Fitness. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Damen an der Reception sehr kompetent und freundlich. Ich komme wieder !
