Villa Sand – Your holiday home in Bad Emstal, in the heart of Grimmheimat North Hesse.



Welcome to the charming Villa Sand, perfect for family getaways and gatherings with friends. This spacious house in Habichtswald Nature Park accommodates up to 10 adults and 3 small children across three floors, featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest WC, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. One pet is welcome for an extra fee.



The minimum stay is 2 to 4 days, depending on the season.



Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a workspace for remote work, TV, children's books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are available for the little ones. The covered terrace and garden invite you to relax in the evenings.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Villa mit Sauna

Pros: Unsere Zeit in der Villa Sand war einfach wunderbar! Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sodass wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders die Sauna war ein echtes Highlight und hat für entspannte Stunden gesorgt. Ein tolles Extra - mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Gästekarten gibt es die Möglichkeit viele Aktivitäten in der Umgebung kostenlos zu nutzen. Auch die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und jederzeit gut erreichbar – der Kontakt verlief unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir können die Villa Sand nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus

Pros: Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit hier. Das Haus ist super für größere Gruppen, wir waren zu sechst. Der Sauna Bereich ist auch sehr schön geworden und die Lage des Hauses insgesamt ist auch top. Wenige Fußminuten bis zum nächsten Supermarkt und ansonsten kann man sehr gut wandern gehen in der Gegend.
