「The room was very clean and well appointed. We had a stream running below our balcony and the mountain views were outstanding. We did not want to leave!」

「We stayed here for two nights while visiting Rocky Mountain National park. The property is very convenient to the park. I wouldn’t call this a resort but more a collection of cabins. The surrounding yard is fairly rough and cabins are older but well maintained inside. Nice to have a hot tub in the unit but it does make it a bit humid and warm. There was a in window air conditioner that kept temperature in line. Bed was hard as were the pillows. Small kitchen with only a few plates and...

「We experienced a problem and our only option was to leave a message. The problem did eventually get fixed but we NEVER heard from anyone. The trout stream however was close, picturesque and fun to fish! And the cabin was nice and room for 4. Id happily rent there again.」

「スタッフの接客態度はアメリカではまれなほど最高。おもてなしの気持ちを持って宿泊客と接している。運悪く部屋の中の何かにアレルギー反応を起こし（たぶんベッド？）ホテルを十分に楽しむことができなかったが、夜中に部屋を変えてもらったり、氷や、近くに開いているスーパー（薬を売っている）を調べてくれたりと、心遣いには感動した。朝チェックアウトする時も、まず体調に気遣ってくれた。ロケーションもホテルの施設も文句なし。それを十分に楽しめなかったのが残念でした。」

「The rooms are very small, but clean. It has the feel of a 1960s roadside motel. The mattress was OK but not great. The pool was a lot of fun. The staff was wonderful.」

「We loved our stay, we just did not plan well enough over the weekend for extra washcloths and coffee. Staff is not available after 5pm, our mistake tho, as we were gone all dsy every day.」

「Old 1970’s building low ceilings with heavy metal doors at entry to hallways with no elevator to upper floors except the tower section. Paid 400$ a night for room, way over priced had to move right away because there was dirt on bathroom walls and behind sink and dirty toilet paper behind the door. Next room was up more stairs old over. Priced nothing like beds in advertising . Stairs to lobby and pool.」

「The staff was lovely and kind. The main pool and our hot tub were both really well maintained and clean. The carpet in the cabin had really large stains which were very unsightly. There was a great deal of dust on the furniture and ledges. The most disappointing aspect was that the wifi was down for most of our stay and I needed to work over the week. This made my work a challenge. Overall though it was a lovely vacation and we enjoyed ourselves. Everyone is so friendly.」

「Staff were nice location spot on and loved the heated pool although some sun umbrellas would have been appreciated. The hotel itself is dated and a bit shabby reminiscent of a cheap roadside motel. Expensive for what it is but I guess you are paying for the location!」

「I don’t even know where to start, because this cabin is absolutely amazing! It has everything you need to literally live here. It was super spotless and clean, featuring a full kitchen, tons of towels, two living rooms, a cozy fireplace, and a spacious balcony with stunning views 🌄. They also have a pool, though we didn’t get the chance to swim. Communication with the staff was easy, and the property was exactly as described on the page. I will definitely be staying here again in the future....
