The trailer is nice and Kathryn was very responsive, but I think it would be better for a family with small children than a single woman. I hadn’t realized that the trailer was in a small trailer park and quite isolated down a gravel road. At night the entrance is dark -and there is a heavy two piece gate and a cattle guard that need to be navigated . Car headlights will help but the footing over the cattle guard is not easy. Gate is chained up and may or may not be locked with a padlock with the key in a key box on one of the side posts. Then the entrance to the trailer - with 3 high steps - is also very dark as the entry light is not used to help preserve the dark skies. Personally, I think an entry light focused in a downward direction as many communities require , would serve both purposes. Pictures I viewed on Expedia show a TV but I couldn’t get it to work and Kathryn said it wasn’t part of the deal. Could be just right for you but it wasn’t for me.
