"Accommodation was fine. Lovely little pub 5 min walk from property. Only problem was getting the key from reception as they said didn't seem to know we were arriving. They also couldn't find the key after speaking to the owner, eventually gave me the spare key but it was a bit stressful at the time. I must point that this was reception's fault and not the owner of the property."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the very spacious house. The furnishings are very tasteful and cozy, the beds very comfortable. The communication with the very nice owners was excellent. We would have to come back in summer, the pool and the terrace look very attractive. For fans of large cooking sessions with more than 4 people, the cooking utensils may not be sufficient, but for us everything we needed was there."

"Ein sehr schöner und besonderer Ort. Wer die Einsamkeit mag und aushält, ist hier genau richtig. Eine gepflegte Wasservilla , schön eingerichtet ud mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch , wenn es einsam ist, kann man von hier aus mit dem Boot die Landschaft erkunden und geniessen. Leeuwarden und Sneek sind nicht weit. Mit dem Boot allerdings doch schon Tagesausflüge. Wir waren jetzt bereits 2x dort und kommen sicherlich gerne wieder."

"We had very hot days, up to 36 degrees Celsius, and the mobile air conditioner couldn't handle it. The accommodation was unbearably hot, up to 46 degrees Celsius according to the air conditioner; there's still room for improvement. The furnishings are okay, but could be cleaner. It's best not to look under the seating; I think the dust bunnies are a bit old. We didn't mind the TV; we can't comment on that.The people at the reception are super nice and helpful; both check-in and check-out went...
