「Things we liked about this condo: 1- The size was good for our group 2- The location was awesome 3- The parking garage was very nice and even fit our Toyota Sequoia with a Thule ski box on top! 「This was a great stay for a work trip that occurred during holidays, and we really enjoyed Durango from this location. Everything was just exactly perfect except for I had to do a small bit of cleaning upon arrival, and more importantly, the dryer heat seemed to vent directly into that closet (not sure if it was venting outside).」

「We often have trouble finding places with enough bed space when traveling, not here, sore than enough room, all in comfortable beds. All TV’s and appliance clean and working, including BbQ grill on patio. The property is about 10 mins. from Durango and shopping, but we found that a plus. Quiet property on ranch land and we watched deer grazing in the pastures around us while we enjoyed the hot tub. Game room is a plus especially with teens along. We would definitely stay again.」

「We visit Durango often and decided to stay on the south side instead of north side like normal. We were pleasantly surprised. The view of the river, the easy trip into town where are amazing. Everything was thought of with porch, grill, firepit, hot tub and so much more. We would for sure stay here again.」
