Stay at cundavilla

Excellent location, very friendly staff, delicious and generous local breakfast. However, the room/suite need a major upgrade: old furniture crowding the room, very uncomfortable sofa bed, no phone, TV with one channel and no remote-control, some door frames are falling apart. Despite this we enjoyed the stay.

We extremely enjoyed the property but more so the people who run the place. They made us feel truly at home, and we will definitely go there again next year. Look no further for the highest level of hospitality and excellent service. The location is wonderful, the water is pristine. We were looking for a boutique hotel right on the water, and yet close to an urban center. This place is on the water and just 5 minutes from Cunda center, a lovely small town to visit. Plenty of activities to do, museum to visit nearby. We highly recommend Cundavilla.

I would not reccomend😔

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is quite old and not well maintained. Both the beach area and the hotel grounds were not clean, which significantly impacted the overall experience. The breakfast was very poor, with a limited selection of low-quality items — in fact, it was the worst breakfast I’ve had in the Ayvalık region. The only positive aspect was the helpfulness of the staff. Overall, this hotel does not offer good value for money. I would not recommend it and do not plan to return.

Dinlenmek için ideal bir otel. Odaları temizdi. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve yeterliydi. Kendi plaji mevcut. Diğer beach tarzı yerlere göre daha izole kalıyor. Eğer kafamı dinleyeyim, çok kalabalık olmasın, fazla ses olmasın derseniz tam olarak burayı tavsiye edebilirim. Denizi kötü diyemem sadece belirli noktalarda deniz çayırları mevcut. Temiz olan yerlerden geçebilirsiniz. Denizin girişi biraz taşlık ama onun için de kum çuvallarından yol yapılmış rahat girilsin diye. Konum olarak merkeze de 1 km kadar yakın bir mesafede. Çalışan herkes çok güler yüzlü ve her zaman yardımcı olmaya hazırlar. Sorunsuz 3 gece geçirdim. Herkesin emeğine sağlık.

Otele girer girmez çay kahve ikramı harikaydı:) odamız giriş saatinden çok önce hazırdı bu çok güzel bir detaydı 😘denize bir an önce girebildik💜konum olarak rahat ve huzurlu bir tatil arıyorduk çok güzel bir tercih yapmışız👍yattığımız yer yemek yediğimiz bahçe ve denize girdiğimiz yer 5 er adımdı:) sanki evimizde gibiydik🙏çalışanlar çok sıcak samimi ve yardımseverdiler:) bize böyle bir tatil deneyimi yaşattığınız için çok teşekkürler 😍

Otel sahibinin gece havuza giren müşterileri nazik bir dille uyarmak yerine küfrederek havuzdan çıkartmaya çalışması sonucu çıkan kavga... kavga ettiği müşterinin eşinin 1 yaşındaki bebeği kucağındayken kavgayı ayırmaya çalışması... sonrasında ben ve eşimin ortalığı yatıştırmak için müşterileri alıp kenara çekip 1 saat konuşmamız.... o sırada otel sahibinin tekrar müşterilerle kavga etmek için yanımıza gelmesi ve benim otel sahibini kaldığımız bloktan kovmam... müşterilerinizi nazik bir dille bir şeylere ikna edemiyorsanız o işi hiç yapmayın. ortalığı daha da alevlendirme çabasında olmayın. son olarak eğer iyi bir işletmeci iseniz iş yerinizde alkol tüketip ona buna saldırmayın...

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Besonders beeindruckend war das Frühstück mit herrlichem Meerblick, was jeden Morgen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis machte. Der Eigentümer war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wurden regelmäßig alle zwei Tage gereinigt, was für eine angenehme Sauberkeit sorgte. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Huzur dolu bir tatil oldu. Butik bir oteldi. Personel ilgiliydi ve kibardı. Kahvaltı dahil seçeneğini seçmiştik. Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi, belli bir menü mevcut. Sahili temizdi havuzda güzeldi. 5 gece kaldık. Cunda merkeze yürüyerek gittik 10-15 dakika sürüyor. Otel genel sakin ve sessizdi.
