Stay at cundavilla

Excellent location, very friendly staff, delicious and generous local breakfast. However, the room/suite need a major upgrade: old furniture crowding the room, very uncomfortable sofa bed, no phone, TV with one channel and no remote-control, some door frames are falling apart. Despite this we enjoyed the stay.

We extremely enjoyed the property but more so the people who run the place. They made us feel truly at home, and we will definitely go there again next year. Look no further for the highest level of hospitality and excellent service. The location is wonderful, the water is pristine. We were looking for a boutique hotel right on the water, and yet close to an urban center. This place is on the water and just 5 minutes from Cunda center, a lovely small town to visit. Plenty of activities to do, museum to visit nearby. We highly recommend Cundavilla.

I would not reccomend😔

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is quite old and not well maintained. Both the beach area and the hotel grounds were not clean, which significantly impacted the overall experience. The breakfast was very poor, with a limited selection of low-quality items — in fact, it was the worst breakfast I’ve had in the Ayvalık region. The only positive aspect was the helpfulness of the staff. Overall, this hotel does not offer good value for money. I would not recommend it and do not plan to return.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Besonders beeindruckend war das Frühstück mit herrlichem Meerblick, was jeden Morgen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis machte. Der Eigentümer war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wurden regelmäßig alle zwei Tage gereinigt, was für eine angenehme Sauberkeit sorgte. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen.

İlk giriste bir tereddutum oldu ancak tereddutum bosa imis. Kucuk, sevimli bir otel. Otel isletmecisi Özgür bey gercekten misafirleriyle cok ilgiliydi. Garsonlar 18-25 yaslari arasinda genc delikanlilar, hepsi de cok istekli ve ilgililer, islerini sevdikleri cok belli. Birsey istersiniz diye göz kaciran garsonlardan degil yani :) kahvaltisi getcekten super. Ozellikle son gecenin sabahindaki manzara gunesin dogusu muhtesemdi. Tek sorunu bolgede fiber alt yapi olmamasindan kaynaklanan kablosuz internetin verimli olmamasi. Ozleyecegiz, yine gelecegiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim 👍
