Would not recommend

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was horrible and the staff were very rude. We returned to the hotel at 4 a.m. to find the doors locked. We called multiple times, yet no one answered, leaving us no choice but to stay overnight at a friend’s place. When we tried to address this issue with the manager the next day, instead of apologizing, he blamed us for coming back late and pointed out that they are “not a 5-star hotel” — as if that justified locking guests out and ignoring their calls. This kind of attitude and lack of basic hospitality is unacceptable. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Üzücü bir deneyim

Bizi Karşılayan , oteli tanıtan kimse yoktu . Sular kesikmiş, bi sorumlu tarafından bilgilendirilmedik. Yolda karşılaştık da öyle ayak üstü haber verdiler, 45 dk ya su gelir dendi 5 saat tuzlu tuzlu suyu bekledik. Tuvalet çok büyük problem haline geldi. Daha önce de otelde suyun problem haline geldiğini öğrendik. Biraz da su deposuna yatırım yapılsaymış keşke. 1 günlük tatilimizde bugünlük de susuz idare edelim diyemedik açıkçası . Sular elde olmayan sebeplerden kesilebilir buna bir şey söylemiyoruz tabiki ama bir kusura bakmayın densin isterdik, merkeze tuvalete gidebilirsiniz denmesinden ziyade. Biz biraz şikayetlenince ufaktan rahatlatma cümleleri kuruldu. Mustafa bey yine tek muhatabımız oldu bizi rahatlatmaya çalıştı sağolsun ama kendi kendimize keşke başka yer tutsaymışız dedik sürekli. 2 tatlı köpüş tatilin en güzel tarafı oldu. Oda çok şık, temizdi. Yatak rahattı . Manzarası çok hoş

Hane assos

Konaklama için akşam saatlerinde giriş yaptık.Avlu ve teras kısmında büyük bir aydınlatma eksiği var.Çocuklu vs aileler için büyük riskli bir durum bence.Yeni projeleri var sanırım o yüzden şuan her yer bir nevi inşaat halinde ama sezon sonu olduğu için bizim için bir sorun yaratmadı.Odalar genel olarak temizdi. Ama odalarda televizyon olmaması büyük hayal kırıklığıydı.Bence düşünülmeli.Sabah kahvaltısı iyi ama biraz daha çeşitlendirilebilir çünkü açık büfe konseptli değil o yüzden seçenek biraz az geldi.Biraz daha eksikleri tamamlanırsa daha iyi olur diye düşünüyoruz.
