「Room slept very damp. Alerted staff but they simply apologised without resolving the problem.」

「The room we had (205) was nothing like the website photos of a self catering studio; it was much smaller, much more tired/old and the fridge, duvet etc was yellowing. Difficult to walk around the bed, only one bedside table, window voile was ripped, etc. The location was 13mins walk to the waterfront, which was beautiful and the front of house staff were brilliant! Parking was extremely secure 👍」

「Camera troppo piccola per 3 persone, bagno angusto. Struttura vecchia, molto lontana dal centro.」

「Friendly staff, large one bedroom suite with everything you need for long stay. Very quiet. One flight of stairs so not convenient for people with mobility issues. In the morning we had to switch to a different wifi, not sure why but it worked fine afterward. Secured parking.」
