"Access to this hotel is via the sister hotel up the road. This is where reception and breakfast are located. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! "The hotel is in central Millau the staff are really helpful. Once you park in the nearby carpark you can easily explore the town. The room has it all great shower. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and a focus on local products."
