"Lovely, clean apartment. Excellent and prompt communication via telephone. Spacious and modern. Only downside was parking, there are 11 spots for 20 units, not advertised on expedia. You didn't find out til after pre check-in which caused some headache. But when we got there, parking lot was empty so we were able to park. If you have big cars, I'd choose elsewhere because it has a vey narrow entrance and tons of pillars for a small area. Would recommend though."

"From the start Marie and her partner were welcoming hosts and showed us around, so easy to get along with ans friendly. She responded to messages promptly and the place was amazing! "As a group we stayed in two of the cottages set in beautiful surroundings. Our host was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. Both cottages were well equipped, clean and well presented. Having the use of the pool and hot tub was brilliant for the younger members, although both and the areas around them are in need of some upgrading. Quite expensive compared to other accommodation we have booked throughout the year. "

"We booked and paid for 9 rooms at this property through VRBO. One of the team turned up at the property to find that there were no rooms - this property has not hired out rooms since October 2022. Still trying to get a refund through VRBO. Avoid at all costs!"

"Loved my stay, this was my first time in Hull and the listing made me think this was going to be a nice mid range hotel in the city. I loved this hotel the entrance at the far end of the road. This road had plenty of spaces even though I turned up after 11pm. The single room was comfortable and tidy and clean. The breakfast was delicious, a proper old fashioned English breakfast. The toaster cooked the toast perfectly and juice glasses were a sensible size. The staff were very friendly and I can’t recommend this enough. "
