"Our stay at this property in Sotira, Cyprus resulted in a serious health and safety issue and is now under formal dispute.Shortly after arrival, we experienced symptoms consistent with environmental exposure. A licensed physician advised us to leave the property immediately due to suspected mold. Based on this medical instruction, we were forced to vacate and secure alternative accommodations on an emergency basis.We also encountered concerning conduct during the booking process.
