Napa Bay View Villa is an elegant, modern and fully equipped villa located on a quiet hill on the outskirts of Ayia Napa just a few of minutes’ drive from the centre and some of the best beaches of Cyprus.

The ground floor offers a large open-plan living room area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, breakfast bar, comfortable sofa set, large TV, and guest WC. The large glass doors open up to join the interior with swimming pool patio and garden area.

The first floor features a large master bedroom with a double bed, ensuite shower room and beautiful panoramic views of Ayia Napa Bay and distant sea views, a second bedroom with two single beds that also enjoys beautiful views and a third bedroom also with two single beds as well as the family bathroom and a balcony.

Napa Bay View Villa offers a large private pool, great for photos of the sunset. The exterior of the villa blends with natural environment of Cape Greco to offer a mature garden with plantation and trees of the local area. The patio is equipped with a comfortable sofa set, dining table and BBQ.

Napa Bay View Villa is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and offers free high-speed internet, satellite TV with Russian, English and European channels and distant sea views of the whole Ayia Napa Bay.

Located in a residential complex on a quiet hill just outside Ayia Napa, the villa is ideal hub to explore the nearby beaches of both the Ayia Napa and Protaras resorts, two of the most popular resorts of Eastern Mediterranean. A car, scooter or bicycle is recommended for this villa.

Ayia Napa Harbour as well as the white-sand, blue flag Pantachou Beach are all less than 5 minutes’ drive away from the villa while Nissi Beach and Konnos Bay are just 7-minutes’drive. The centre of the village is less than 2 minutes’ drive away and could be accessed on foot as well.

The region offers numerous beautiful white sand beaches with clear turquoise waters, all kinds of water sports and excellent night life. Buzzing beach bars, cafes, traditional taverns and fine dining as well as trendy boutiques will complete your holiday.

Protaras, a more family-oriented resort ideal for children of all ages has numerous crystal-clear water and white sand beaches, the most famous of which is Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach which are about 10 minutes' drive from the villa. Near these beaches is the Central Protaras Strip where most of the hotels, shops, bars and restaurant are located. In the same area you can find supermarkets, pharmacies and a clinic.

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
