The old adage, ‘you get what you pay for’ you are treated exceptionally well here from the reception to restaurant staff - even the bar and porters are beautiful people who go above and beyond to make your stay special. 「We have absolutely loved our stay at Olympic lagoon. The food and drinks are amazing, the staff can’t do enough for you. The kids entertainment is on all day and the evening shows are fantastic. We also ate at the seven orchards restaurant and again the food and staff were amazing. Really recommend this hotel will definitely be returning.」

「Hotel was overbooked when we arrived, booked through Expedia was put into another hotel of a higher grade for a night and board basis upgraded so can’t complain but was a little inconvenient. Reception staff were not very welcoming and didn’t have the best communication skills. Property was nice though, good spacious connecting rooms, lovely sunbeds x」

「As Anmarie hotel was not open that time, Tsokkos hotels offered to change our reservation to Chrysomare Beach Hotel and resort, so this review is based on this facts. The staff was excellent, helpful and kind. We were on HalfBoard and the food was excellent. As in march the temperature is around 20°C the sea temperature was not really good for swimming, but we try it. Beautiful sea and very nice surroundings. We are really thankful for every member of all the staff at Chrysomare Beach Hotel and...

「The staff from the front desk, to the restaurants were fantastic. Some of bar tenders at the Beach bar were not quite as helpful and sometimes quite rude. The gift shop is spot on, great prices and so very helpful. We don't normally buy from hotel gift shops because they are generally over inflated prices. But found if we needed things their prices were in-line with downtown or better. Enjoyed our stay!」
