Welcome to this modern and charming villa in Awans, the ideal place for a relaxing stay for six. The home is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday. Thanks to the spacious living areas and the well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, you will feel right at home here.

On the first floor, guests will find the sleeping quarters - one bedroom furnished with a double bed and thw other two bedrooms feature a double bed or two single beds each. A shared bathroom with modern fixtures add more conveneice to the stay.

During the warmer months, you can relax wonderfully by the private swimming pool. The pool is open from July through August, depending, of course, on the weather conditions. It is ideal for cooling off on a sunny day or simply enjoying a quiet moment in and around the house. Additionally, the villa features a jacuzzi, where you can relax and unwind at any time of the year.

There is also plenty to do outside the villa. From Awans, you can easily explore the surrounding area. For example, take a trip to Liège, where you can enjoy cozy terraces, shops, restaurants, and sights. Tongeren, with its rich history and charming center, is also a short distance away.

For nature lovers, there are various beautiful walking and cycling routes in the area. Those who like to explore a bit further afield can head into the Ardennes and enjoy beautiful landscapes, charming villages, and numerous outdoor activities.
