Whether you're visiting during the summer sunshine or the winter snow, you'll enjoy an ideal location to experience the vacation you always wanted! Enjoy Colorado at its best year-round with renowned skiing and hiking opportunities. During your stay, you can also visit Grand Junction and experience the wineries, about a two-hour road trip away. Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park is also just a short drive away and is a great way to spend the day with the family.

Inside this townhome, you'll find the windows providing beautiful mountain views and ample natural light making the living areas warm and welcoming. Enjoy the plush leather furniture and turn on a movie on the flatscreen TV. The fully equipped kitchen will allow the chef of the family to whip up delicious home-cooked meals that everyone will love. There's also a dedicated desk space should you need to get some work done during your stay.

Head outside to enjoy the spectacular views all around you. Enjoy bird watching and the occasional transitory deer passing by. With a large south-facing deck you will have stunning views of Beaver Creek. The yard is fully fenced in and offers a firepit for backyard s'mores sessions. Roast marshmallows outside under the night sky or gently rock back and forth on the swing chairs while watching for shooting stars. Whatever adventure you choose, you'll enjoy your time here.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely Home

We were there for my niece’s wedding. It was a good layout for 5 adults. My only issue was when we checked in. House was extremely cold. We adjusted the thermostat only to find out it needed new batteries which we ended buying and installing. Unfortunately, when my niece got in a day after us, her room was too cold and she couldn’t get thermostat to cooperate.
