This ultra-luxe, ground floor, ski-in, ski-out, one-bedroom residence offers a family room with hardwood flooring, mountain contemporary furnishings, a sleeper sofa, an epicurean kitchen with gas range, a dining niche, and guest suite with a king size bed and attached, spa bathroom. Additional features include a private deck, premium cabinetry and finishings, custom lighting, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and garage parking. This unit can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.This one-bedroom is a lock-off and can be joined to the adjacent residence to create a two-bedroom unit.

Great location and amenities

This property is right by the village and slopes and offers shuttle service to and from. The spa/fitness area is wonderful as well for after fun days on the mountain. Great spot!

Great unit at one of the best locations in Beaver Creek. The place was recently remodeled to very nice standards. Everything seemed new. Fully recommended.
