Welcome to your mountain escape in the heart of Avon, Colorado. This well-located 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers effortless access to Beaver Creek and Vail, making it an ideal home base for skiing, hiking, and year-round mountain adventures. Just a one-minute walk to the Riverfront Gondola, you’ll be on Beaver Creek Mountain in moments, with a free shuttle nearby for easy access to Vail Ski Resort as well.

In the warmer months, enjoy walking access to Nottingham Lake for paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, or lakeside strolls. Surrounded by local shops, cafés, and restaurants, this condo puts you right in the center of Avon while still offering a comfortable, quiet retreat to return to at the end of the day.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great apartment

Great location in Avon. Close to the bus station and local amenities. The apartment was really nice. Clean and tidy and modern in side. Would recommend this apartment in Avon for anyone wanting to stay there
