Beaver Creek Resort Condo, Ground-Floor, Hot Tub Steps Away
Avon puts you at the base of Beaver Creek Resort, with a free shuttle to the Westin Gondola and a straightforward 10-mile run up I-70 to Vail — the two resorts are the reason most guests book this valley, and BCW X1 sits right between them. The condo association adds resort-style extras of its own: an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, sauna, tennis courts, and shared hot tubs — including one just steps from our front door, so there's no cold-weather robe-and-towel dash after a day on the mountain. Everything here is single-level, no stairs, so luggage, groceries, and little ones move easily from car to condo.
We furnished this place the way we'd want to walk into ourselves: real counter space, a full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, and Keurig, and an open floorplan where the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow into each other for easy togetherness. A private patio with a gas grill rounds out the outdoor living, and a few toys and books are on hand to keep younger guests entertained.
Sleep 7 across three bedrooms, all on one floor. The Master offers a king bed and ensuite bath; Bedroom Two has a queen bed, its own ensuite, and direct back-lawn access (with grab bars in the shower and by the toilet); Bedroom Three sleeps extra with a queen and a twin, sharing the hall bath.
Nottingham Park and Lake — paddle boats and fishing in summer, ice skating in winter — are a short walk from the door, and the Eagle River is right there for anyone who fishes. Whatever season brings you here, Beaver Creek West gives you a quiet home base with resort-level extras built right in. Avon Business License No. 018480
